Students can create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations online, if they are working in a group they can work on the same document and it automatically saves their work. They don’t need to save their work on USB or email it to themselves, they can access and create the document anywhere and share it with their teacher at anytime.
Students have access to create and also answer survey forms straight from their email. This is a great way for students to collect and give data, as well as providing feedback and giving each student a voice about what goes on in the classroom.

As we have access to both systems, there may be the question, well is one better than the other?
The answer is no they are very similar and the pictures below will be able to demonstrate the correlation between the two platforms. Both are available and accessible in classrooms across MWPS and are used in the classroom regulary through Year 4-6, especially in 2017, based on teacher preference of which one they have the most confidence in using.
